The IT Client Partner (Sr. Client Executive) serves as the primary relationship manager between the organization and its clients. This role involves driving client satisfaction, business growth, and successful delivery of IT services and solutions. The Client Partner collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to understand business needs, develop strategies, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

The primary responsibility of the Client Executive is to maintain and grow profitable long term client relationships through effective account governance, including driving high client satisfaction and fulfillment of commercial obligations while developing and maintaining strategic relationships both internally and with the client.

- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

- Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Understand the client's business strategy and IT landscape to identify opportunities for additional value.
- Propose and negotiate new IT solutions and services to drive business growth.
- Develop account plans and strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Service Delivery Oversight:
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and resolve any issues impacting client satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate regular business reviews and performance assessments with clients.
- Market and Industry Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies relevant to clients' industries.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients for leveraging new technologies and innovations.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in IT services, account management, or client relationship management roles.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex client accounts and meet revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet client and business demands.

- Lead the planning and execution of account governance to achieve strategic, operational, and commercial objectives.
- Develop and expand relationships across the client's organization to understand their business needs and formulate a roadmap for Pomeroy assist in achieving their objectives.
- Manage the P&L of assigned client engagements to ensure budget compliance and overall profitability including achievement of quarterly and annual financial objectives.
- Operate as a trusted advisor by keeping abreast of new developments in IT services as well as client's industry.
- Maintain frequent and effective client communications including leading quarterly business reviews.
- Leverage and work effectively with Pomeroy service delivery leaders and their teams to meet and exceed client obligations.
- Partner with Account Executives to grow revenue and increase profitability.
- Engage senior level stakeholders within Pomeroy as an integral component of strategic account management.
- Operate as an advocate for the client while also fostering the client into a Pomeroy advocate.
General Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent presentation skills and ability to lead client meetings, involving all levels of both client's and Pomeroy's management.
- Must demonstrate excellent writing skills.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, decision making, team building, and organizational skills.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of enterprise account management experience.
