Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the customer onboarding phase.
  • Manage the implementation of disaster recovery.
  • Manage planning of complex projects during the customer lifecycle
  • Escalation management during planned project activities.
  • cts as a customer ambassador for various technical teams.
  • Coordinates with Customer Project Team (Customer & SI) and the extended SAP teams to align project information, requirements and rollout timelines.
Tasks:
Onboarding Phase:
  • Manage the Sales to Delivery handover from the sales team and ensure completeness
  • of customer requirements and technical prerequisites with the support of the technical lead.
  • Drive the handover of customer build requirements to the Build Factory and oversee the system builds.
  • Coordinate with customer project team and extended SAP teams to align project information, requirements and rollout timelines.
  • Coordinate the initial network connectivity setup with the HEC network team and customer network team.
  • Coordinate migration cutovers and go-live activities with customers, SAP Consulting Services - migration teams, and HEC teams (Brownfield projects).
  • Organize/participate in regular meetings with customer/consulting/migration teams.
Disaster Recovery Implementation:
  • Educates customers on how disaster recovery offering works in HEC.
  • Oversee the DR landscape built by the HEC DR team.
  • Coordinate the initial network connectivity setup with the HEC network team and
  • customer network team on the DR site.
  • Manage the DR internal test.
Customer Complex Projects:
  • Plan major customer upgrades (depending on customer segmentation).
  • Manage VMware migration projects (depending on customer segmentation).
  • Plan and manage the migration of HEC DC to HEC on Hyperscale projects.
  • Manage complex customer exit projects.
  • Structured Knowledge Documentation: the working procedures for Supplier - derived from the processes maintained by client - will be documented by the Supplier free of charge, reviewed and signed off by client and be fully part of the managed services orchestration.
  • Systematic and faster onboarding of associates: mandatory training documentation.
  • ssess the current skill level and plan for competency uplift: report to be shared on a quarterly basis.
  • Enable continuous delta KTs on new topics and refresher sessions.
