Responsibilities:
- Facilitation & Execution: Support the execution of Sprints by facilitating key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth sprint progression.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Assist in identifying and managing project dependencies and risks within the team, ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
- Team Support & Performance: Help drive improvements in team performance and efficiency, focusing on delivering value and enhancing the agile delivery process.
- gile Practice Improvement: Contribute to improving agile practices by participating in continuous learning opportunities, coaching team members, and suggesting process enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams on projects that require coordination across multiple capabilities and features.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them grow in their Agile roles.
- Scope Understanding: Work with the team to understand and break down the project scope, including the definition of user stories and tasks.

- Project Execution: Lead and manage business systems software development projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Guide Team Members: Provide guidance to team members on effective communication with stakeholders, understanding agile practices, and navigating the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate on Team Metrics: Work with the team to track and analyze key agile metrics like burndown charts, cycle time, and cumulative flow to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- ssist with Dependency Management: Help track and manage internal and external dependencies to keep the project on course.
- Support in Removing Roadblocks: Assist in identifying and removing obstacles that could hinder the team's progress, ensuring they stay on track with their commitments.
- Bachelor's degree required. B.S. in Computer Science, engineering or other technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years' experience managing software development projects (3+ years in agile environments: scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
- 5+ year of cross-functional program/project management experience with a significant focus on dependency management, risk management & resource/vendor management
- Experience with Agile Project Management Applications (i.e., Jira, Rally, VersionOne)
- Experience with various technology stacks.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PPT, and Visio.
- Experience working in a service organization a plus.
- Experience within a medical device or healthcare industry a plus.
