JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Loyalty Product and Member Engagement is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Elite member experience of Marriott Bonvoy as well as key program initiatives. This role is responsible for providing program support to enhance both loyalty products and member engagement across all touchpoints of Marriott's loyalty program. Key initiatives include:
  • Support execution of improvements to Elite upgrades benefit,
  • Support enhanced benefit transparency in partnership with Digital and Marketing
  • Manage day-to-day of Annual Choice Benefit program
  • Support execution of the Marriott Bonvoy relational survey close look process.


  • CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Education and Experience

    Required
    • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
    • Strong project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional project teams to drive concrete results and actions.

    Preferred
    • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience with consulting
    • Experience in Loyalty program


    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
    • Support Day-to-Day Elite Member Experience
      • Support execution of Elite program both via on-property and member-facing resources, with a particular focus on benefit transparency
      • Partner with Marketing to ensure close connectivity and help maintain/manage all Elite member-facing communications and resources
    • Supports Member Engagement Projects
      • Support close loop process for Marriott Bonvoy Relational Survey as loyalty program subject matter focused on resolving member issues and negative sentiment
      • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders as a loyalty program subject matter expert to foster program growth, including leading projects to stand-up new features or controls needed to optimize Marriott Bonvoy engagement with members and associates.
    • Support Program Initiatives
      • Support execution of improvements to Elite upgrades benefit, with key focus on evaluating product performance, identifying and solving technical issues, updating associate training resources to support benefit execution, and providing program management support

    • Provides input and assistance to other teams regarding projects.

    The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $118,400 annually. Marriott offers a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, employee stock purchase plan at 15% discount, accrued paid time off (including sick leave where applicable), life insurance, group disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, health savings account (except for positions based out of or performed in Hawaii), flexible spending accounts, tuition assistance, pre-tax commuter benefits, other life and work wellness benefits, and may include other incentives such as stock awards and deferred compensation plans.
