As our Vice President of Sales Operations, you'll play a critical role in shaping and leading cross-functional strategies that drive operational excellence and business growth. We're seeking a visionary leader who can bridge strategy with execution, build strong partnerships, and inspire results across a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership across departments to optimize performance and drive execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve operations and increase revenue.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across the organization, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of key initiatives, including roadmap development, process creation, and performance reporting.
• Prioritize projects based on impact, feasibility, and business needs, developing 3-year roadmaps with company leadership.
• Ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives through rigorous project management and accountability.
• Establish clear metrics to evaluate effectiveness, track progress, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Influence and align cross-functional teams with strong leadership, vision, and execution skills.
• Represent Car-Mart at the highest levels, both internally and externally, with integrity and professionalism.

What You'll Bring:

• Master's degree (MBA, MA, MS) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and 4-10+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead in a complex, fast-changing, and ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills - from the front lines to the C-suite.
• Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and high-impact programs.
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities with a focus on results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
