As the VP Head of Repair, you will play a key role in leveraging manufacturing/operations strategies to drive innovation, collaboration, quality and efficiency across our store, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering trusted relationships and inclusive strategies to optimize operations and accelerate digital transformation. You will focus on connecting teams, modernizing processes, and ensuring manufacturing remains a key enabler of business success.

This position is hybrid in nature, with expectations to be onsite in our corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and in vendor locations, while providing flexibility for remote work when feasible.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead the largest jewelry repair network in North America consisting of >4M customer owned products
  • Develop and execute manufacturing/repair strategies that enhance supply chain and manufacturing/repair efficiency, ensuring alignment with stores function and business goals.
  • Simplify and standardize operations strategies and a shared vision for success.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to optimize manufacturing/repair capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align investments with strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration, building strong, trust-based relationships with business and technology leaders to drive meaningful impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, track progress, and continuously refine solutions.
  • Encourage continuous learning, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for teams.
  • Enhance internal and external communication, ensuring contributions and value are well understood.
  • Manage and guide with care and conviction, making informed decisions that drive sustainable business success.


Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive management experience, with expertise in transformational business growth.
  • Experience managing budgets and oversight of multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and implementing manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals at program and site levels, and establishing KPIs to track progress.
  • Proven track record in managing manufacturing/repair operations, including production planning, quality control, resource management, and supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands, while negotiating with suppliers and partners effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and guide high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), supply chain, and manufacturing technologies (MES, QMS, TMS, WMS).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for interactions with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, balance business risks, and implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in the jewelry industry or luxury goods manufacturing preferred.
  • Certifications in Manufacturing Operational Excellence programs (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM) preferred.
