Les candidats doivent rsider Montral ou tre prts dmnager ds que possible pour cette opportunit d'emploi.

Horaire de travail hybride.

• Identifier les besoins futurs et les amliorations, concevoir les solutions valider avec le reste de l'quipe
• Tester et valuer les nouvelles technologies Azure, collaborer avec l'quipe de scurit et les quipes de Microsoft pour les rendre disponibles dans notre environnement scuris
• Participer la mise en uvre de la solution, dvelopper l'automatisation et la surveillance afin d'offrir un service en libre-service stable
• Offrir des formations sur l'tat de l'art en matire de donnes
• Accompagner les quipes de projets de donnes pour leur intgration et leur transformation sur/dans Azure
• Former les autres membres de l'quipe et conseiller les autres quipes dans la mise en uvre de leurs projets Big Data
• Participer au soutien en production, avec des heures supplmentaires au besoin, ainsi qu'aux communications lies aux incidents

Candidates must reside in Montreal or be willing to relocate as soon as possible for this job opportunity.

Hybrid work schedule.

• Identify future needs and improvements, design the solutions to be validated with the rest of the team.
• Test and evaluate new Azure technologies, work with security team and Microsoft teams to make them available in our secured environment.
• Participate to the implementation of the solution, build automation and monitoring for a stable self-service offer.
• Provide trainings on data state-of-art.
• Help data project teams to onboard and transform on/in Azure.
• Train other members of the team and advise other teams on the implementation of their Big Data projects.
• Participate to the production support, with overtime when necessary, and communication on incidents.

Qualifications

• Plus de 5 ans d'exprience en dveloppement et en architecture avec Java, incluant la cration d'applications multithread et d'API
• Bonne exprience avec les technologies Cloud de Microsoft Azure, telles qu'Azure Storage, Azure Synapse et Azure AI Search
• Bonne exprience avec Apache Spark
• Exprience antrieure avec Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL ou un autre SGBDR similaire
• Trs bonne exprience avec les technologies Big Data, telles que Hadoop, Kafka et/ou Azure Kubernetes Service, ainsi que les formats OpenTable comme Delta ou Iceberg

Atouts :

• Terraform
• PowerShell / Bash
• Exprience avec l'intgration et le dploiement continus (CI/CD) l'aide d'outils et de flux DevOps modernes tels que Git, GitHub, Jira, Docker et Jenkins

• 5+ years of development and architecture experience with Java, building multi-threaded applications, APIs.
• You have very good experience utilizing Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop, Kafka and/or Azure Kubernetes Service, OpenTable formats like Delta or Iceberg
• You have good experience on Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, such as Azure Storage, Azure Synapse, Azure AI search.
• You have good experience using Apache Spark.

You have previous experience with Oracle SQL or PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS background.

Nice to have:

• Terraform

• You have experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery using modern DevOps tools and workflows such as git, GitHub, Jira, Docker, and Jenkins
