Senior Manager, Card Brand Fees

What does a successful Senior Manager, Card Brand Fees do? As a successful Senior Manager, Card Brand Fees, you will provide essential financial support to both Finance and Accounting related to the billing and recovery of Card Brand pass-through fees. You will work as a subject matter expert for the internal reconciliation of Visa/MC fees to Fiserv counts. Working with accounting partners and finance leaders, you will assist in understanding how Visa/MC bill pass-through fees and pass those expenses into the ledger. Using your project management skills, you will lead and provide updates related to Card Brand fees, including detailed analysis of fee recovery.

What you will do:
  • Ensure reconciliation reviews are conducted timely and variances reported to leadership monthly.
  • Lead projects and investigate variances between Card Brand invoices and internal system counts.
  • Conduct financial impact analysis and lead recovery efforts resulting from reconciliation findings.
  • Provide detailed data analysis, conduct trend reviews, and identify root causes of trend fluctuations.
  • Work with Card Brands to understand billing methodologies and work with Fiserv teams to replicate billing structures on Fiserv platforms.
  • Provide detailed thoughtful analysis of Card Brand Fees, including detailed impact analysis and scenario forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to accounting and review manual billing files.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, thoughtful analysis and ad hoc reporting.


What you will need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
