The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing our B2B digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and a strong background in lead generation, digital advertising, and marketing automation. This role is critical to executing and enhancing our growth marketing/demand generation programs, ensuring our digital marketing efforts effectively educate the marketplace, create intrigue about MedSpeed, and support our sales team in driving qualified leads.

What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Manager at MedSpeed:
  • Develop, implement, manage and measure MedSpeed's digital marketing campaigns, including HTML emails, digital ads, and social media that successfully educate the marketplace, create intrigue about MedSpeed, soften the sale for our sales team and drive qualified traffic.
  • Leverage HubSpot to execute email marketing, automation, social scheduling, and landing page creation that supports demand generation.
  • Plan, deploy, and analyze Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DemandScience (Terminus) Ad campaigns to support MedSpeed's growth marketing/demand generation program.
  • Continuously track and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies.
  • Strategically manage and maintain client email lists, ensuring segmentation for targeted outreach and CRM alignment with marketing efforts.
  • Consistently maintain the MedSpeed brand throughout all campaigns.
  • Support our collaborative MedSpeed team culture.

What you need to become a MedSpeed Digital Marketing Manager:

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Experience launching campaigns and managing social media accounts to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including email marketing, automation, B2B social media management, and landing page creation.
  • Experience managing and maintaining CRM data, with a strong preference for Salesforce expertise.
  • Hands-on experience developing, launching, and tracking paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and DemandScience/Terminus.
  • Experience creating graphics in Canva, Photoshop or other programs to support marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign success and refine strategies based on data.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field.

Compensation Statement

The salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 annually and dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, MedSpeed offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
