A well-established legal team is expanding and is seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner with over 8 years of litigation experience. This role is best suited for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in employment defense who's looking for a flexible, growth-oriented work environment with exceptional support.Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in employment litigation with a defense focus. Experience in complex employment matters, class actions, and public entity cases is a plus. A strong track record of client management, strategic case handling, and courtroom presence is highly valued.

Must be a current member of the California State Bar and hold both a Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree. The role demands a high level of initiative, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.Job Competencies:
  • 8+ years of employment litigation experience (defense side)
  • Background in complex or class action cases (preferred)
  • Public entity defense experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees required
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Excellent legal research and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized and proactive in case management
