We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Representative to report to the HR Manager. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including reviews, salary benchmarking, fleet and policy management, employee communication and relations.

This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including reviews, salary benchmarking, fleet and policy management, employee communication and relations.
Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Develop, review and update job descriptions
- Manage annual reviews and salary benchmarking
- Maintain accurate employee records and documents
- Draft, implement, and update company policies and employee handbook
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding laws and regulations, personnel policies and procedures ensuring compliance
- Support a safe, fair, and positive workplace environment collaborating with management to address HR issues and improve workplace culture
- Manage leaves of absence
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed oriented and strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
