RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) - Full-Time Nights
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: $35.65 - $47.64 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Shift Differential: Additional $4.00 per hour for nights and weekends

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to join our night shift team. This full-time leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting overall unit operations. Rotating weekends are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to maintain patient flow
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in collaboration with management
• Provide leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing
• Support inventory and supply management for the unit
• Participate in performance evaluations, staff training, and development

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care clinical and leadership experience
• Registered Nurse Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of hire
