The Benefits Product Team is an innovative group within Connected Commerce, focused on expanding Chase's business beyond traditional financial services by enhancing the digital ecosystem with discoverable and engaging experiences. Our mission is to deliver a curated, personalized benefits experience that is relevant and valuable to every Chase customer, enabling them to understand, access, and celebrate their benefits.As Benefits' Product Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing meeting deliverables and routines, driving process improvements, and documenting enhanced ways of working. This critical role involves strengthening the team's adherence to Agile control standards, managing internal business controls and the Benefits' system profile, conducting reviews of change records, policies, regulations, and obligations, and preparing for audits. To foster psychological safety within the team, it is essential to embody JPMorgan Chase values of Courage, Service, Curiosity, Excellence, and Heart during interactions and through deliverable quality. Additionally, this position will facilitate retrospectives, improve process documentation, and enhance collaboration with stakeholders. In summary, your responsibilities will encompass managing routines, documentation, coaching, coordination, and oversight to support the team's success and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage key meeting and deliverable calendar, prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, document notes, follow-up on action items, and develop presentation decks and highlight key accomplishments for leadership and stakeholder routines (e.g., Cabinet, Product BUR, All Hands) to showcase accomplishments and foster engagement and discussions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify risks, enhance business process controls, monitor Agile control adherence, evaluate policy and regulation updates, perform SME Control Change Manager duties, and prepare process documentation and audit readiness materials
  • Enhance internal onboarding and operating model resources, support employee onboarding, coordinate continuous learning and development sessions, and host tool demos (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, Confluence)
  • Coordinate weekly status updates, ensuring new workstreams are included and summaries are prepared for leadership communication
  • Conduct retrospectives, SurveyMonkey feedback surveys, and problem-solving sessions to identify opportunities, summarize solutions, and monitor the implementation of enhancements
  • Foster team engagement and cohesion by planning ice breakers, social hours and coordinating logistics and fun activities during offsites
  • Oversee system access processes, including profile reviews, updates, approvals, and identifying opportunities for effective ongoing management

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Over 6 years of experience in managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating meetings, agendas and deliverables
  • Professional presentation development and facilitation skills for engagement, including detailed tracking of notes and action items
  • Strong understanding of control processes, policy and standard reviews, risk identification, and collaboration with Business Controls and Audit teams
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, creating psychological safety especially during retrospectives, and performing process improvement analysis
  • Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Agile Central, Teams, Jira, Jira Align, Controls Change Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Agile Central, Jira Align, Controls Change Manager, Alteryx, Menti and SurveyMonkey
  • Develop creative ideas for engaging teams through creative ice breakers and team-building activities
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude amidst shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities to support a growing team
