We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate & Workplace team. You will be based hybrid in Escazu, Costa Rica and will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the Director of Workspace, you'll be responsible of:
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to select sites and create real estate business cases for internal approvals.
  • Conducting market surveys, property tours, post-tour site analyses, and assisting with managing proposals, lease documents, LOIs, and other related materials.
  • Maintaining lease and occupancy data in the real estate portfolio, creating insights and reporting updates to the Senior Program Manager, Global Workplace.
  • Assessing Real Estate OpEx/Project CapEx data in US/UK regions against market benchmarks and provide cost-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Generating reports, creating presentations for internal teams, and overseeing special real estate projects to address evolving business needs.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting real estate teams, preferably in corporate real estate or brokerage environments, with strong transaction management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Experienced in reading and interpreting lease documents.
  • Experience managing real estate transactions and lease administration.

  • Project management experience, including managing timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
