Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care, including diagnosing, treating, and planning healthcare for patients.
- Maintain and manage patient electronic medical records and other necessary documentation.
- Prescribe medications, perform laboratory procedures, and interpret results.
- Engage in patient education and participate in on-call physician duties.
- Contribute to quality assurance through patient care audits and utilization reviews.
- Provide administrative input for staff management, including performance reviews and hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed academic requirements from an accredited medical school.
- Possess a license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Experience with electronic medical records is required.
- Ability to supervise professional and allied healthcare staff.
- Spanish speaking/bilingual skills are a plus.
