Job Description
We're seeking a client obsessed, organization/team and culture builder, with 10-15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with the last 5 years in medical communications. You will partner with a top 10 biopharma company to build a content creation model aligned to each therapeutic area's scientific exchange strategy that delivers customer-centric, compelling content that advances HCPS along an educational journey to drive behavior change. You will liaise with a cross functional team including external consultant, client MRL team, medical leads from across therapeutic areas and content excellence champions. This role requires someone who thrives in the details of execution while maintains a clear vision toward future-forward content transformation.
You are equal parts indispensable client partner, medical affairs expert, organizational/team guru and modern content visionary.

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $263,655 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
You will:
- Roll up your sleeves with clients to define the strategic needs for each therapeutic area and work with strategy to turn those needs into actionable content briefs
- Anticipate client needs and ensure Publicis has the talent and capability to deliver those needs
- Be accountable for the creation and execution of precise, on-strategy scientific content across a wide range of HCP deliverables (MSL decks, data visualizations, MOD videos, speaker decks, podcasts)
- Oversee a diverse set of professionals and create a team culture of innovation and high performance
- Build an account management team that standardizes processes and drives revenue and profit for the agency run team stand ups, provide financial reconciliations that manage client's budgets efficiently
- Work in lockstep with scientific directors
- Partner with the tech team to design modular content design systems and workflows
- Partner with the analytics team to establish and measure KPIs per client expectations
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve executional challenges
- Ensure fidelity to the science while optimizing for delivery and audience impact
- Take initiative to define what can be done-and move away from limitations or status quo thinking
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in medical content creation for HCP and/or medical affairs audiences.
- Proven track record in running large scale client engagements built around modern performance marketing with excellence in content execution, accuracy, and delivery across formats and platforms.
- A passion for science and deep respect for HCPs, KOLs, MSLs
- Strong ability to work across multiple therapeutic areas and teams simultaneously.
- Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments and contributing to larger change efforts.
- Curiosity for new tools, tech, and workflows that can advance content creation efficiency and effectiveness.
