Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a CAM Solutions Lead on a permanent basis on our Innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere across Canada.
The CAM Solutions Lead acts as a key liaison between our Co-op Refinery, Building Operations, and Asset Divisions to enhance the JDE Capital Asset Management (CAM) system. In this role, you would be overseeing ERP setup, maintenance, testing, and issue resolution. If you are someone with a focus on process improvement, driving strategic planning, developing business requirements, and ensuring effective training and solutions for complex challenges, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Team: You will have one Senior JDE Systems Analyst reporting to you and will report into the Senior Manager, ERP Functional. You will have several indirect reports who you will develop and lead by providing highly specialized information technology guidance and mentorship within the discipline. This team strives to cultivate a culture strategic, collaborative, and focuses on outcomes that enable the business.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in ourtechnology business unit and collaborate across the organization with other team members that work with JDE including teams in Finance, Feed, and Procurement.
The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supportingthe Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) to develop and improve capital asset management system in JDE Asset Management modules.

What you'll do:
- Lead and manage complex projects in CAM Solutions, including architectural reviews, feasibility studies, and technical investigations, with broad guidelines to achieve department goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing project tasks, timelines, and document preparation for project approvals.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality control standards while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships to meet business needs.
- Drive research and analysis to identify best practices, trends, and improvements to guidelines, procedures, and overall efficiencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and implementing formalized processes, monitoring KPIs, and aligning individual goals with departmental performance metrics.
- Provide support for end users through our ticketing system including defect and enhancement requests.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:
- Have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience. Extensive knowledge of JDE CAM modules and JDE integrations with other systems is required.
- Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or financial accounting with specialization in construction and maintenance or ERP (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Have JDE Implementation Certifications, CBAP, and/or ISP (not required but all assets).
