Position Overview:
The Specialist for Onboarding and Employee Engagement is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that enhance the employee experience from pre-hire through the onboarding process and early tenure (first 18 months). As a curator of the candidate and employee experience, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing what makes Tiffany an employer of choice.
This role will develop comprehensive onboarding programs, foster employee engagement strategies, and drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, retention, and productivity for early tenured employees. Effective execution will support employee learning and preparedness to excel in their new role and greater engagement.
The role will be based out of our Global Headquarters in New York, NY and qualified individuals will have a passion for collaboration, a sense of curiosity, and ability to communicate with impact at all levels of the organization.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $104,190. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.

Key Accountabilities:
Onboarding Development & Management:
- Design and execute comprehensive and compelling onboarding programs which authentically communicates our culture, benefits, policies, and procedures. Incorporate our People Promise, "We Craft Expressions of Joy" into the onboarding so as to bolster engagement.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and support.
- Develop orientation sessions, tours and training workshops for new hires.
- Curate onboarding materials, including handbooks, training guides, and welcome kits.
- Bolster digital onboarding experience, ensuring that no matter what geography the employee works, they have a consistent exposure to the unique heritage of Tiffany.
- Partner with cross functional teams such as HRIS, Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and Internal communications to integrate programing
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and engagement programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee engagement and onboarding.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the onboarding and engagement experience.
Employee Engagement:
- Create and implement engagement strategies to enhance early tenure employee satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and Talent Directors to maintain regular close contact with early tenure employees and their managers to better gauge employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and support cross team-building activities to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
- Support executive recruitment coordination, as needed.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Employee Services (US) and Zone HR leaders to address new employees' questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
- Work closely with HR and management to align onboarding and engagement practices with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience within HR
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reports, communications and presentations
- Exemplary people skills
- BA/BS Degree
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Previous experience supporting HR teams and/or a global talent function.
- Previous experience with project coordination and/or event coordination.
