About Position: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for applying advanced knowledge/clinical skills necessary to assess/manage the healthcare of chronically ill geriatric participants in Piedmont Health SeniorCare.
Qualifications -
Education: Graduate of certified or accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
Required: 5 years clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred: One year of experience with the frail or elderly preferred.
Current/valid License: Certification from Nurse Practitioner program; valid NC Driver License.
Immunizations: All PHS Required Immunizations
Pay Range: $104,019 - $139,792
