ENTEK is seeking applications for a Global Supply Chain Director role to join us on-site at our Henderson, Nevada location (relocation within 40 miles of Henderson is required).
As a Global Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain for our global separator business. This role will be responsible for balancing supply and demand for critical supply chain elements for our locations in the US, UK, and Asia. As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for optimizing key supply chain functions, including raw materials procurement, production planning, order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, warehousing, and logistics.
You will lead a cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the above functions on a strategic level. As Global Supply Chain Director, you will develop forecasts, demand, capacity, inventory, and distribution models to ensure an appropriate balance of supply chain resources by location. This leadership role will require close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to drive timely, effective, and low-cost operations, while striving for world class results and maintaining a forward-thinking vision for future success and growth.

Working Environment
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 am. This is an in-office position; remote or hybrid work is not available.
This role requires domestic and international travel (15-20%).
This role is in an office setting and frequently requires sitting, working at a computer, hearing, reaching, and completing tasks that require use of hands and fingers for extended periods of time. The incumbent will occasionally be required to stand, walk, and may occasionally need to kneel, crouch, and climb stairs. When this role is required to visit the plant and/or shop floors, wearing eye and hearing protection will be required, and may require wearing a half-face respirator at times. The role requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage capacity, product mix, inventory targets and demand management plans for all regions.
- Develop and manage KPIs for inventory quality, on-time and in-full, and actual results to plan for sales, production, shipping, and sales across all regions.
- Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning process for all regions and present to senior management for all regions.
- Drives action plans to mitigate customer service risks through coordination of inventory builds, relocation of demand between facilities, customer stocking plans, and the timely transition of resources.
- Maintain direct contact with customers to ensure all requirements are met and managed effectively.
- Direct and participate in development of contingency plans for potential supply interruptions.
- Monitor production plan status and adjusts as needed to meet changes in business and production conditions.
- Analyze customer orders and align production resources to meet customer requirements.
- Schedule, expedite and coordinate delivery and movement or transfer of critical materials.
- Foster positive and collaborative team culture.
- Maintain safe operations by ensuring team adheres to safety procedures and regulations.
- Leverage and promote use of best practices in supply chain management through participation in Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen events, continuous improvements, RIE's, value stream mapping, and visual controls.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field with five (5) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous international logistics planning and support for Asia, South America, and Europe.
- Extensive experience in materials planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory targeting, SKU management, warehousing, distributions, and logistics (domestic and international).
- Proven experience leading, developing, and managing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding support metrics and quality standards.
- Driven, self-directed, and detail oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written English communications skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as required for on-site support and team collaboration.
- Satisfactory results from a pre-employment respirator clearance and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or comparable environment.
- Familiarity with global supply chain challenges and solutions.
