- We are looking for a Manager, Streaming Experience to lead the strategic development, analytics, and execution of our linear streaming channels and programming strategy. Reporting to the Director of Streaming Programming & Experience, you'll manage a 2 person team to boost viewer engagement and increase revenue. We are looking for a mix of strategic thinking, operational execution, and an understanding of the digital media and vCommerce landscape. As the subject matter expert for internal systems and tools, you'll also serve as an important liaison across multiple teams to ensure viewer experiences and understanding of broader team goals.
Your Impact
- Lead strategy across multiple live streaming channels, curating content and programming to increase viewer engagement and increase sales.
- Use reporting tools and trend analyses to identify opportunities and shape data-driven streaming strategies aligned with seasonal and promotional goals.
- Increase channel management workflows, including long-range calendars, content collections, and broadcast scheduling.
- Be the departmental expert for all linear programming related systems, designing and building shows, collections, and deals within internal platforms.
- Manage and process product edit requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Be the backup to the Director of Streaming Programming, participating in planning meetings and leading strategic discussions across teams regarding linear programming.
- Develop materials for executive presentations and contribute to ongoing professional development plans in streaming and digital media.
What You Bring
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital media, entertainment, or retail, with a focus on streaming, television or FAST linear programming, or content scheduling.
- A proven track record of developing and executing viewer-centric strategies that drive revenue and increase engagement.
- Experience with streaming technologies, content curation workflows, and digital media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- You have a Passion for new technologies and the evolving media landscape, with a drive to enhance systems and workflows.
