$80,000 - $120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare new product go-to-market (GTM) plans and new product introductions (NPI).
- Ensure new product messages are well received by customers.
- Calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Work independently and as part of various teams and committees.
- Adapt confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environment.
- Monitor shipments for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Place weekly product forecasts and orders on internal e-commerce systems and Oracle ERP.
- Respond to a diverse population effectively.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of Server/Workstation/Commercial Desktop PC market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to provide product strategy and communicate effectively with sales teams and customers.
- Translate product technologies into customer benefits to help Sales close projects.
- Provide product training, roadmap updates, and presentations to various levels of the organization.
- Perform market analysis and comparisons for products, pricing, and channels.
- Conduct monthly revenue/margin analysis and forecasts and organize reports and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3+ years in an office setting, preferably in technology companies within the PC, Server, or Semiconductor hardware industry.
- Experience in creating reports and data analysis, especially with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle ERP system and Salesforce.
Working Conditions:
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment.
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
- Travel: Up to 20% Domestic travel.
