As the Program Manager, Culture & Engagement, reporting to the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you will lead a range of culture-building and employee engagement initiatives-from redefining BURNCOs values and integrating them into moments-that-matter, to championing employee listening and supporting internal culture networks. As the Program Manager, Culture & Engagement, reporting to the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you will lead a range of culture-building and employee engagement initiatives-from redefining BURNCOs values and integrating them into moments-that-matter, to championing employee listening and supporting internal culture networks. This role is a unique opportunity to partner across the business to advance our culture in ways that are authentic, inclusive, and actionable.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive integration of culture and values through a company-wide reinvention of BURNCO's core values and collaborating with organizational stakeholders to embed them into decision-making, communications, people programs, and daily behaviors.
- Activate and lead employee listening efforts including the design and execution of two-way feedback mechanisms such as pulse surveys, listening sessions, and digital feedback tools.
- Facilitate our culture assessments, including leading our next enterprise-wide culture and engagement survey. You'll manage vendor relationships, align with internal stakeholders, and help the organization prioritize meaningful activation plans from results.
- Coordinate, engage, and grow our Culture Builders and Culture Advocates network to mobilize and co-sponsor change and knowledge-sharing across the network.
- Manage and advance our recognition programs and strategy by promoting recognition across all levels aligned with our values and helping to measure and communicate its impact on culture.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and program manager, supporting cross-functional culture initiatives and contributing to a cohesive employee experience.
What We Would Like From You
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading organizational culture, employee experience, or employee engagement-related programs.
- Proven success in applying design-thinking to lead cross-functional programs, particularly in the areas of culture, recognition, or employee feedback.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement methodologies, survey design and analysis, and action planning practices.
- Experience with recognition and employee feedback platforms (e.g., NectarHR, ContactMonkey, or similar tools).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for people, culture, and making the employee experience feel human, connected, and purpose-driven.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular work week from Monday to Friday.
