The Enterprise Engineering GenAI team builds and scales Amazon's internal AI solutions that enhance productivity for 500k+ Amazonians worldwide through seamlessly integrated AI capabilities in their daily tools. We develop solutions that combine enterprise knowledge with GenAI to help employees create content, analyze documents, and access information through various interfaces. Our team drives the full technical stack from enterprise data integration and AI agent development to user interfaces and security controls, while leveraging the latest GenAI technologies.
We're seeking a Program Manager to drive adoption, measure impact, and scale our GenAI solutions across Amazon. You'll work closely with engineering, product and science teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful delivery of features while developing frameworks to measure and demonstrate business value.
Key job responsibilities
1. Drive adoption strategies and programs for our GenAI solutions across Amazon
2. Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
3. Lead scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
4. Maintain project boards, track dependencies, and manage team capacity
5. Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
6. Create and track program metrics to measure success and business impact
7. Coordinate complex feature launches involving multiple teams
8. Manage stakeholder communications and change management
9. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides
10. Drive integration programs with enterprise tools and AI assistants
11. Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams for compliance requirements
12. Work with product and partner teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives for increasing awareness and adoption.
A day in the life
1. Lead daily standups and sprint ceremonies
2. Partner with engineering and science teams to plan and coordinate feature launches
3. Analyze usage data to identify adoption patterns and opportunities
4. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
5. Drive marketing and communication initiatives for new features
6. Develop and track success metrics
7. Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies
8. Create and maintain program documentation
9. Manage sprint boards and track team velocity
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
