Your Mission?
As our Purchasing Manager, you'll lead the procurement function for our cabinet manufacturing operations, ensuring strategic sourcing, cost control, and just-in-time material flow. You'll be responsible for securing the materials that keep production moving-while constantly driving improvements in supplier performance, pricing, and process efficiency.

Your Mission?
As our Purchasing Manager, you'll lead the procurement function for our cabinet manufacturing operations, ensuring strategic sourcing, cost control, and just-in-time material flow. You'll be responsible for securing the materials that keep production moving-while constantly driving improvements in supplier performance, pricing, and process efficiency.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing (and Owning from Day One):
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to secure high-quality materials (raw materials, hardware and other supplies) at an optimal cost.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to build long-term, reliable supplier relationships.
- Track and report cost savings, supplier KPIs, and procurement performance metrics.
- Oversee order tracking, confirmations, and ensure timely documentation and delivery of materials.
- Align receiving processes with purchase orders and quality expectations to avoid production disruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and align purchasing with production and warehouse teams for just-in-time availability.
- Monitor Market trends and Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and reduce supply chain risks.
- Lead supplier contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms that support production needs and profitability.
- Mentor and lead purchasing staff, developing a high-performance team with a culture of accountability and results.
Qualifications & Required Skills
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management-cabinet manufacturing or millwork industry preferred
- Proven ability to reduce costs, optimize supplier performance, and manage vendor relationships
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment
- A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to own and improve key business processes
