Responsibilities
Our ads data platform team work closely with our product managers and data analysts by building state of the art streaming and batch data processing solution. The entire data pipeline is supporting both the Tiktok ads platform and our internal business intelligence platform. In this role, you will see a direct link between your work, and the company's business success. You will have opportunities to deal with Petabyte-level data warehouse. Some of the world's most challenging technical and business problems are waiting for you to solve.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for ads data warehouse common layer modeling, architecture design and implementation;
2. Drive the design and implementation of horizontal projects and key business iteration, and ensure delivering the effort in high quality;
3. Be responsible for the stability of the production pipeline. For problems that occur in Flink architecture during operation, design and implement necessary mechanisms and tools, such as data quality assurance and disaster recovery, to ensure the overall stability of the production data pipeline;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of industry experience in both streaming and batch data warehousing;
2. Familiar with the principles of data warehouse, hands-on experience in large-scale streaming or batch data processing and warehouse construction;
3. Proven technical leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams.
4. Good at communication, sensitive to business, able to quickly understand business background, and have excellent ability to integrate technology and business;
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in large-scale streaming data computing and data warehouses is preferred;
2. Experience with Go language development is preferred.
