We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing Services, to help lead our team of account managers and to provide strategic direction and program growth for new hotel openings. This role will be pivotal to the continued success and growth of our services, ensuring we meet the needs of our hotels while supporting team engagement. The ideal candidate will have hotel marketing and people leader experience to help lead our dynamic account management team. Strong partnership skills are also desired as this role will work with internal and external stakeholders to refine our delivery.

Your day to day
  • Manage a team of Field Marketing Managers while maintaining strong team engagement; coach and guide them in hotel marketing and account management strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Lead strategy for new hotel opening support while building strong relationships with our new hotel opening partners across the business; Develop and refine our new hotel opening services to ensure we are meeting the needs of our owners.
  • Partner with our Field Marketing Services leadership team, including account management, on continued optimization of our program and offerings.
  • Identify new opportunities for service enhancement and support business development efforts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for hotel marketing by presenting trends and recommendations to internal and external teams.


What we need from you
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing with a focus in digital marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • The ideal candidate will have hotel marketing experience, on- or above-property, especially with branded Field Marketing programs. New hotel opening experience is strongly preferred.
  • Some travel will be required (less than 5%).


Location: This is a remote position based in US.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $130,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
