About the Role: As a Lead Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Sales Growth: Developing territory sales plans and executing strategies to expand ACT's market presence.
- Customer Engagement: Visiting customers, managing accounts, and conducting technical exchange meetings.
- Business Development: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities, increasing quote volume, and securing new bookings.
- Collaboration: Working closely with ACT's inside sales, engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintaining accurate sales data and reporting updates on forecasts.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel within the region and to ACT headquarters.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Experience: At least 5 years of technical sales experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organization, and time management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office products; CRM software experience is a plus.
- Security Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual required due to ITAR regulations.
