HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Manager in the food and beverage manufacturing industry in Zumbrota, Minnesota!

Salary: $115,000-$135,000 + 10% Bonus

Shift: Days, M-F

Location: Zumbrota, MN (Relocation Assistance Offered)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team in all mechanical and electrical operations of the facility
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure equipment readiness using CMMS (SAP a plus)
  • Monitor safety, quality, cost, and efficiency metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize equipment performance
  • Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or replacements to improve operations and reduce costs
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with USDA, OSHA, EPA, and company standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of materials and supplies
  • Control departmental budget and ensure timely project execution within financial parameters
  • Provide 24/7 availability to support plant operations and maintenance emergencies


Education Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a similar field


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or production setting
  • Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming, factory automation, servo systems, and network configuration preferred
  • Familiarity with steam generation, wastewater treatment, sanitary welding, HVAC, and electrical systems preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Effective project and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS systems, and SAP
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to promote teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
