Salary: $115,000-$135,000 + 10% Bonus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team in all mechanical and electrical operations of the facility
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure equipment readiness using CMMS (SAP a plus)
- Monitor safety, quality, cost, and efficiency metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize equipment performance
- Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or replacements to improve operations and reduce costs
- Maintain regulatory compliance with USDA, OSHA, EPA, and company standards
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of materials and supplies
- Control departmental budget and ensure timely project execution within financial parameters
- Provide 24/7 availability to support plant operations and maintenance emergencies
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a similar field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or production setting
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming, factory automation, servo systems, and network configuration preferred
- Familiarity with steam generation, wastewater treatment, sanitary welding, HVAC, and electrical systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Effective project and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS systems, and SAP
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to promote teamwork and continuous improvement
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
