Location: North America (Remote/Hybrid options may apply)

*Ideal candidate would be located near either Parsippany, NJ, Westlake Village, CA, or Charlotte, NC.

We're currently seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Insights Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role is central to evolving our analytics capabilities and helping stakeholders across the organization unlock the power of data.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, visualizations, benchmarking, predictive modeling, and score carding solutions
  • Translate business requirements into analytical deliverables and technical specifications
  • Build strong relationships across departments to understand their needs and consult on best-use cases for analytics
  • Validate data assets and apply quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct training workshops and build knowledge-sharing documentation (e.g., Glossary of Terms, FAQs, usage guides)
  • Identify opportunities for standardizing reporting design and data presentation
  • Partner with technical teams to understand data lineage, integrations, and system dependencies
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and purpose
  • Promote stakeholder engagement and satisfaction through feedback and iterative development


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience in data reporting and dashboard creation
  • 3+ years working with analytics or modeling tools
  • 3+ years in requirement gathering and technical/business interpretation
  • Strong experience with SQL (3+ years)
  • Experience with ETL processes and APIs is a plus
  • Deep understanding of data interpretation, context, and visualization best practices
  • Proven ability to investigate, trace, and resolve data quality issues
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written

Benefits

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $85k to $105k annually, in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
  • Medical, dental, vision, and Life insurance
  • 10 days' vacation accrued, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days.
