**This position is on-site in our Columbus, Ohio office. Hybrid option available after 60 days of employment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 to 10 Years of experience in network and server management with proven examples of increased technical responsibility
  • Minimum 2 years help desk experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focused team approach as this is an escalation position for Tier I and II Technicians
  • Self-Motivated
  • Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues and advanced network issues
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS
  • Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare, Microsoft Azure, 365 Admin, SharePoint and Exchange Online and SQL
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, working independently and multi-tasking
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
  • Comp TIA A+, Network + and Security +
  • CCNA
  • Microsoft 365 Platform Certifications
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing network infrastructure builds and changes
  • Planning and implementing migration services for clients
  • Configuring and deploying firewalls, switches, access points and related hardware
  • Troubleshooting complex network and server issues
  • Help Desk Related by opening, working and closing help desk tickets
  • Respond to incoming support calls and emails
  • Mobile Device, desktop and laptop support
  • Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows OS, Server OS and Virtualization and MacOS
  • Migrate User Data


Licenses and Registrations

  • Valid driver's license


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The person must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The individual is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, drive a vehicle and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The person must have good close and distance vision, be able to distinguish color and focus easily.
