The Position
Our Digital & Commercial Strategy Change Manager will revolutionize the way Organon delivers value for her health by enabling change that drives unparalleled productivity and innovative business opportunities. As the Digital & Commercial Strategy Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of Organon's technology revolution by helping teams innovate with strategic, engaging, and effective change strategy and delivery.

This role will be managed by the Digital and Commercial Strategy (DCS) Employee Experience and will collaborate directly with functional leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Establish consistently superior change experiences with change methodology and tools.
- Define, launch, and maintain the DCS Change Management methodology, including tools, templates, and processes; translation guidelines; channel strategy; and change metrics.
- Act as the change management consultant for programs.
- Establish and lead the DCS Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) to share learnings and metrics.
- Fast-track adoption enablement and gather user research/feedback through a business champion network.
- Empower cross-functional leaders as change champions with standardized materials and messaging.
- Build and leverage strong, symbiotic relationships with cross-functional teams like Service Transition and Service Desk.
- Manage change for key strategic programs.
- Help program teams define adoption goals, e.g., what behaviors are we measuring for success; and employee benefits/WIFM.
- Create change strategy based on stakeholder analysis and program goals.
- Coordinate with communications team to deliver and execute communications strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver and execute the training and events strategy.
- Document and mitigate risks to the change and adoption.
- Measure change readiness and effectiveness.
- User/stakeholder research (interviews and surveys).
- Be the voice of the employee for technical teams and be empowered to advocate for better experiences within the solutions they are delivering.
- Ensure leaders have assets to support and message the change.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Eight plus years working in change management or communications and experience working in technology change management.
- Change management certification, e.g., PROSCI, preferred
- Ability to lead and promote collaboration across internal and external teams.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship skills.
- Results-oriented with the proven ability to develop and implement plans.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
