Our Engineering team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Manager to join our Care team!

The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. In this role you'll be working on the Care Team who is building the future of musculoskeletal health in the country as a part of our new Pathways product. This role reports directly to the Director of Software Engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor high performing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective software engineers
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Build strong relationships with team members and across functions
  • Enhance team efficiency and product quality by refining engineering processes and following best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy and architecture

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong background and technical capabilities in SaaS architectures with expertise building web services and in-depth knowledge of relational databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with users, product management, and leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
  • Ability to break down complex projects into smaller pieces and lead the iterative design and implementation process

Salary Range: $165,000 - $220,000

At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
