Job Title: Technician Ops Tech Lead Pharmacist

License: Current and valid state Pharmacist license required

Job Description:
- Direct, manage, and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service consistent with established professional, regulatory, and governmental standards.
- Develop operational and financial outcome measures, tracking and monitoring systems, and integrate efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.
- Direct, implement, and evaluate the development of departmental, functional, and service-related policies and procedures.
- Proactively assess program, service, and functional effectiveness, facilitating continuous process improvement.
- Develop and supervise staff through timely feedback and effective Human Resource policies and tools to support professional growth and performance standards.
- Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage purchasing and inventory functions to ensure cost-effective inventory management while ensuring timely access to pharmaceuticals.
- Facilitate staff professional growth by assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
- Prepare monthly operational reports identifying areas for improvement and concern.
- Participate in departmental orientation, training, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Engage in hospital educational programs to maintain skills and competencies and address performance or training needs with the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as requested.
