NGL Marketing Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:
Targa is currently seeking an NGL Marketing Representative for their Corporate office located in Houston, TX

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fielding customer inquiries, developing lasting commercial relationships and assisting in Business Development efforts.
• Oversee customer accounts, contract negotiations and profitability of existing NGL marketing business.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Targa management.
• Provide analytical support to Targa's Condensate Marketing group (TCM) to include constructing commercial and operational spreadsheets to inform, organize, and improve communication.
• Coordinate deliveries via truck, rail, pipeline, and barge with Transportation/Distribution Department.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels at plants and Mt. Belvieu.
• Conduct weekly contract performance reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable timeliness and credit limits with customer accounts.
• Generate business performance reports.
• Participate in Targa's morning trading meeting and Targa's afternoon distribution meeting.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years NGL/Crude Analyst experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel by car or air, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work a hybrid office/home schedule
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, and related computer communication and analysis tools
• Regular and reliable attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business or economics preferred.
• Evidence of prior success in previous roles
• Familiarity with Right Angle, Microsoft Excel software and Targa business processes.
