We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Performance Optimization for the Amazon Seller Marketing team. You will be responsible for creating and executing global strategies to drive conversion and early engagement for sellers. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of performance marketing experience, using data to recommend changes/strategy that will drive improvements in consideration and conversion across the marketing funnel. In addition, this candidate should have experience or a desire to learn WebLab to lead A/B experimentation to prove out their hypothesis.

You will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with teams in Product, User Experience, Creative & Brand, and Technology.

As a Marketing Manager, Experience Optimization, you will...
\tLeverage adobe analytics and other Amazon owned products (e.g., LEGO) to optimize conversion opportunities in the acquisition flow.
\tDevelop and implement conversion-marketing strategies (A/B testing and multivariate) that will drive the conversion of prospects to subscribers.
\tOwn, drive, and report on key metrics related to onboarding, early member engagement, interest-to-registration conversion, and churn.
\tImplement conversion strategies across sell.amazon.com globally, and other ingress points (e.g., Seller Central).

Key job responsibilities

*Utilize multiple platforms to implement, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple countries

* Prepare reporting, monitor and optimize performance for multiple campaigns across several countries.

* Compile regular search reports, keyword research and insights, to improve campaign performance.

* Implement and measure A/B tests for ad copy, creative and landing pages globally

* Work with team members in order to create clear processes, deliver value and share best practices among key stakeholders.

*Initiate and deliver WebLab experiments to prove hypothesis

* Support the team with ongoing, ad hoc administrative tasks.

* Work closely with marketing funnel leaders to establish appropriate channel executions & share learnings.

* Influence cross-channel performance execution and measurement.

* Collaborate with marketing analyst to improve cross-channel performance, website event tracking, dashboards

* Others as defined by evolving business needs for a rapidly growing online business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
