About the Role

Factal is looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and scale our enterprise SaaS growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for a proven B2B marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to scale a demand generation engine within a growing, mission-driven team.

We have a great story to tell and a phenomenal reputation in the market. You'll drive the marketing strategy - from positioning and messaging to campaigns and content. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership to drive qualified pipeline, elevate brand visibility and support member retention and expansion.

At Factal, everyone's a doer, and this role is no different. You'll shape the marketing strategy and own much of the execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Factal's growth objectives and sales targets
  • Build and manage the demand generation funnel with a focus on high-quality enterprise leads
  • Organize and oversee impactful events to drive leads and thought leadership
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging, refining how we tell Factal's story to key verticals and personas
  • Own campaign planning and execution across email, social and partner channels
  • Lead content creation with Factal's brand voice for thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers and sales enablement
  • Oversee website content and performance, ensuring it effectively converts and communicates our value
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, iterating based on data and insights
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven success driving growth at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Comfortable being both strategic and tactical - rolling up your sleeves is second nature
  • Experience creating and executing marketing events and campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Strong modern writing and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex topics for enterprise audiences
  • Good visual judgment with an ability to guide marketing design work
  • Hands-on experience and comfort level with generative AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Linkedin Sales/Ads and Google Ads/Analytics
  • Startup or early-stage experience a strong plus
  • Bonus: Understanding of global security or risk management

The base pay range for this role is $105,000 - $135,000. Compensation is a mix of base salary, bonus and stock options. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
