These services include restructuring and turnaround management, forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation.
We are seeking a full-time Senior Associate in our Dallas, TX office.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Associate in our Dallas, TX office.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead comprehensive financial statement analysis and develop sophisticated financial models
- Identify critical trends and fluctuations affecting cash flow requirements and valuation metrics
- Client-related engagement work including working on insolvency, business dispute, damage calculations, due diligence, litigation support and valuation-related assignments
- Draft expert reports, reports and memos to clients regarding engagements
- Provide valuable insights related to financial challenges including out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, and bankruptcy contingency planning
- Conduct complex analyses and forensic investigations to identify potential fraud or fund misappropriation
- Create compelling pitch materials and financial analyses for prospective distressed companies
- Participate in targeted marketing initiatives to expand client base
- Contribute to proposal development and client acquisition strategies
- Maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge and best practices
- Support key administrative functions essential to firm operations
- Execute special projects and additional assignments as needed
- Learn and understand the accounting and finance functions for a wide range of businesses in diverse industries
- Decipher accounting treatments for complex business arrangements as set out in legal documents
- Analyze and understand complex Excel models prepared by third parties
- Interview client personnel for the purpose of understanding complex business transactions, reports, structures and functions
- Team with data analytics professionals to digest large data sets
Education, Certifications, & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- CPA or active CPA candidate preferred
- 2-4 years of corporate finance and accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with GAAP proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to develop dynamic spreadsheet models
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Deep understanding of operational performance drivers
- Ability to connect business strategy to performance metrics
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Skillful at extracting meaningful insights from unstructured data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI or similar data analytics tools
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities
- Intellectually curious problem-solver who offers innovative solutions
