This position will lead the development and maintenance of data processing models, as well as the daily management of client data provided to the valuation team for pricing the MSR asset. This role's responsibilities will also involve the creation and development of advanced analytics tools. This role's responsibilities will include certain aspects of strategy development and execution, oversight of junior personnel, and client relationship management.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$170,000.00 - $205,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.

Essential Job Functions:
- Development and maintenance of data processing and data models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs
- Manage and process client data as part of the overall MSR pricing process
- Interfaces with clients and/or related stakeholders to explain methodologies and resolve data issues
- Certain managerial responsibilities with respect to oversight and training of junior personnel
- Responsible for certain client relationship management
- Works with leadership to implement and develop strategic initiatives
- Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required or combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.
- Strong understanding of relevant financial and fixed-income topics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Access
- Strong Microsoft SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A deep understanding of the mortgage servicing asset, including cash flow modeling and pricing of MSRs
