This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent strategies that align with the organization's goals, fostering employee growth, and enhancing overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent and leadership development, training, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute comprehensive talent development programs, including performance management, leadership development, mentoring, succession planning, employee engagement and internal talent mobility programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to identify key talent needs and create strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Enhance and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Assess and analyze talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist with career development initiatives, including skills-based career mapping, and development programs.
- Partner with HRBPs and Business leaders to ensure the delivery of an integrated talent planning process that aligns with business priorities and global HR priorities.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on developing talent pipelines and employer branding.
- Provide guidance and thought leadership regarding trends and best practices to advance talent practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (preferred 5+ years) in managing talent development, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement best practices.
- Knowledge of leadership development program execution and training administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience in creating and driving initiatives to progress an engaged and high performing culture.
- Experience with strategic workforce planning and analytics to enable a talent pipeline and develop a talent pool for future talent needs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Certification in talent development or related areas (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, ATD) is a plus.
