The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis ('FP&A') at MedSpeed, will provide in-depth financial analysis, insights, and reporting that drive business performance and achieve financial objectives .

What you will be doing as a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis with MedSpeed:
Support the enterprise-wide planning processes including the annual operating plan and re-forecast cycles, working closely with site and departmental leaders to develop financial plans that align to strategic goals
Provide value-added analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking to improve enterprise financial performance
Develop and refine forecasting models to track business operations performance and trends
Prepare corporate period-end financial reporting and variance analysis. Investigate and communicate detailed drivers of operations performance and spending within departments
Complete analysis period end financial performance and identify variance drivers by customer and operating market
Support preparation of presentation materials and analysis for the executive leadership team, board of directors, PE stakeholders and lenders
Partner with operational or department leaders by providing financial visibility, guidance, and recommendations to enhance decision making y
Conduct ad-hoc and analysis to evaluate operating performance and variance drivers and provide recommendations on enhancing financial performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and reporting, ensuring scalability and efficiency in strategic planning
Produce accurate and timely financial information and analysis; promote an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies across departments.

What you will need to bring to be a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis at MedSpeed:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Multi-site FP&A background with experience consolidating financials across multiple site P & Ls is highly preferred.
Highly skilled in preparing executive level financial presentations with appropriate analysis
3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance/FP&A or financial reporting
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
Technical mastery in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools and reporting (NetSuite, Adaptive)

Compensation Statement

The salary range is $95,000 - 115,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, MedSpeed offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
