Manager, Analytics & AI Enablement, plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include Enablement leading a team of centralized and decentralized analysts focused on driving business impact through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data technology solutions. This role is also responsible for overseeing data governance operations and championing analytics and data literacy education throughout the organization. The successful candidate will ensure effective collaboration across multiple teams, optimize analytic processes, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. What the Manager, Analytics & AI Enablement Does Each Day:
- Leads and manages a hybrid team of centralized and decentralized analysts, fostering collaboration, skill development, and performance excellence
- Develops and implements advanced analytics and AI strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable business value
- Oversees data governance operations, ensuring data quality, security, compliance, data request prioritization, and proper data management practices across the organization
- Champions the organization's analytics and data literacy initiatives, creating and delivering educational programs to improve data-driven decision-making capabilities enterprise-wide
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, and data science professionals, to identify opportunities and deploy effective data and AI solutions
- Maintains awareness of emerging analytics and AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices, integrating these into the organization's analytical processes and tools
- Monitors analytics performance, implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance analytic capabilities and outcomes
- Acts as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on analytics and AI-driven insights
- Partners closely with the Manager of Data and Analytics Development, and the Manager of Data Science on design, development, testing and implementation of analytic and AI/ML solutions
Our Most Successful Manager, Analytics & AI Enablement:
- Has working knowledge of one or more ERP, CRM and quality manufacturing systems
- Has experience designing modern data and analytics solutions that drive efficient consumption of analytics
- Is Proficient with Microsoft PowerBI
- Has experience writing reports focused on concepts such as sales, inventory management and production manufacturing processes
- Is skilled with customer interactions that promote adaptive and effective use of data solutions
- Is exceptionally skilled with customer interactions that promote adaptive and effective use of data solutions
- Has excellent communication skills including oral, written and public presentation
- Has experience testing and evaluating the quality of data sets, algorithms and visualizations
Minimum Requirements for this Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, data governance, and AI/ML initiatives, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams, including remote and decentralized analysts.
- Proven expertise in data governance frameworks and data literacy education
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), AI/ML technologies, and data management practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with data science teams to operationalize analytics and AI solutions
- Experience implementing data governance platforms and policies
- Background in delivering enterprise-wide data literacy programs
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas

- The base compensation for this role is estimated to be within the range described below. The compensation offered may vary depending on relevant factors such as experience, skills, training, education, certifications, geographic location, and market conditions
- Range: $115,000 - $185,000 Annually
- This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus, subject to program terms and guidelines
