What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales, the Senior Manager, Studio is responsible for content strategy and the creative direction of brand initiatives. They ensure the production of engaging content aligned with business objectives and the vision of Groupe Nordik. In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, they guarantee that all messaging is consistent, innovative, and impactful across both digital and traditional platforms.

What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales, the Senior Manager, Studio is responsible for content strategy and the creative direction of brand initiatives. They ensure the production of engaging content aligned with business objectives and the vision of Groupe Nordik. In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, they guarantee that all messaging is consistent, innovative, and impactful across both digital and traditional platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the enforcement and evolution of brand guidelines for each brand;
- Manage the distribution of projects assigned to the studio based on priorities and ensure the team's productivity;
- Approve creative deliverables produced by the team to ensure high-quality concepts aligned with briefs, brand standards, and all touchpoints;
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales department, product team, and agencies to deliver campaigns that meet strategic goals;
- Coordinate with external providers working with the studio: agencies, freelance photographers and videographers, printers, stock image banks, casting agencies, etc.;
- Plan and supervise content production while respecting timelines and budgets;
- Provide strong creative direction to develop impactful content (ads, videos, articles, social media, emails, etc.);
- Define and maintain a strong editorial line and a distinctive brand tone;
- Research and negotiate creative partnerships;
- Analyze content performance using analytical tools and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Conduct ongoing competitive and trend monitoring to stay current with industry innovations and technologies;
- Manage and support a team of content creators (writers, designers, videographers, photographers, etc.);
- Oversee the studio's budget and ensure optimal use of financial and material resources.
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:
- A university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
- 5 to 8 years of experience in content marketing, creative direction, or digital communications;
- A minimum of 2 years of people management experience;
- Experience with Click-up and/or other task management software;
- In-depth knowledge of digital best practices;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential to support our operations outside of Quebec.

- Maternity leave replacement (over 1 year);
- Full-time position (40 hours/week);
- Hybrid / Remote.
