About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping the trajectory of our organization and ensuring the seamless execution of key business objectives.
This role transcends traditional boundaries, demanding a thoughtful alignment of priorities and the ability to solve complex challenges with precision and insight. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will orchestrate the delivery of transformative initiatives that drive organizational progress and long-term impact.
In this highly dynamic and cross-functional capacity, you will oversee the Office of the CEO, providing structure and clarity while championing high-priority initiatives that require both strategic foresight and meticulous execution. Your leadership will translate ambitious goals into meaningful outcomes by fostering collaboration and aligning efforts across teams.

What You'll Work On
Strategic Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO to design and implement high-impact business initiatives that fuel company growth.
- Guide the development of the long-term and annual strategic plans in partnership with the C-Suite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO to cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
Operational Leadership:
- Assess and manage organizational priorities to ensure focus on high-value opportunities.
- Take ownership of high-impact critical projects, overseeing their life cycles from concept to execution. Ensure each project is impactful, scalable, and aligned with Reklame Health's objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, internal team, and external stakeholders to support clear communication and goal alignment.
Problem-Solving & Decision Support:
- Address complex challenges by analyzing data and offering actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- Create financial models and deliver quantitative evaluations to guide critical initiatives effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational goals.
- Influence and engage diverse groups to gain buy-in and drive results.
You will love this role if:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred from Tier 1 institution
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or a comparable role within a healthcare start-up is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred.

- Location Requirements: This is a 100% in-person, full-time position working next to our CEO in our NYC office.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $140,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonuses tied to company and individual performance
