The People Capability Lead will be responsible for leading and implementing the People Capability strategy and framework to support Operational Excellence Program. In this role you will design tools and learning programs to build and elevate capabilities of shop floor employees across our Global Supply Chain function.

What you will do
  • Support business site strategic needs related to capability building, and design from the center common and standard global solutions and support the Organizational Structure and Capabilities design for frontline employees
  • Develop People Capability strategy and framework and assist our global operations with solutions to drive their strategies on building people capability
  • Work in partnership with the Global Operational Excellence (EHS, Quality, FP&R) teams, Learning Team, Global Labor Relations and HR solutions to develop and implement learning programs for our global operations and leverage new system functionalities
  • Maintain a close collaboration with Operations Leaders (DOMs, HRBPS, Plant Leaders) to assure effective execution of People Capability Standard, and learning & development solutions/programs
  • Design tools to assess frontline employees learning needs, develop learning programs, and implement a tracking system to measure capability building effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and provide training to plant teams and support the implementation of Digital Training Platform (Smart Factory, Skill gap analysis needs)
  • Manage Global People Capability OpEx paths in Mindspark
  • Support global HR initiatives that support and drive efficiencies among our operator populations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in learning, people development, engineering or supply chain operations
  • 5+ years of experience with 1+ years in People Development / Learning / Operational Excellence / Supply Chain Process
  • Ability to influence and strong project management skills
  • Experience with digital tools & dashboards (i.e DOMO / Google Lookerstudio)
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise System (i.e SAP S4-HANA)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Strategic thinking and Storytelling
  • Knowledge in Google collaboration tools and AI
  • Experience/Exposure to Operating systems (i.e Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen)
  • Digital literacy, basic knowledge of scripting will be an advantage


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
