As part of our collaborative and dynamic engineering team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the electrical systems that define our industry-leading energy storage platforms.
In this role, you'll lead the design and development of sophisticated electrical systems for aerospace battery management. From generating board-level schematics to building electrical and control models of battery systems, your work will directly support product innovation and regulatory certification efforts. You'll also provide mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate across departments to bring new ideas from concept to completion.
This position offers the chance to not only refine your technical expertise but also influence the direction of emerging technologies. You'll be working on advanced power management, protection, and distribution components, guiding projects from early-stage design through to validation and testing-all with the goal of meeting strict safety and certification standards.
Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking engineer with at least seven years of electrical engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and a strong foundation in system design, simulation, and validation. Proficiency in Altium Designer, circuit simulation tools like LTSpice, and a solid understanding of core electrical engineering principles are essential. If you bring FAA certification experience or a background in aerospace electric propulsion systems, that's a major plus.
