Litigation Associate

Seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney with a strong interest in employment and business litigation to join its Irvine office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to grow their litigation skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated interest and experience in employment litigation
• Experience in law and motion, written discovery, depositions, and wage and hour class actions preferred

Responsibilities :

• Draft discovery, motions, and other case-related pleadings
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Handle court appearances and take depositions
• Manage cases and maintain communication with clients and third parties
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development
