We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Advertising Systems Product Management to lead the strategic development and execution of our advertising systems technology product strategy.

Job Title: Sr. Director, Product Management - Advertising Measurement

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to lead our CTV (Connected TV) Advertising Measurement initiatives. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining, developing, and scaling cutting-edge measurement solutions that provide advertisers and publishers with actionable insights into their CTV campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CTV advertising, measurement methodologies, and data analytics, along with a proven track record of building innovative ad tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for advertising measurement products, with a focus on CTV.


  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving measurement standards, and competitive offerings in CTV advertising and ad tech.


  • Collaborate with advertisers, agencies, publishers, and internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop measurement solutions that drive business value.


  • Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics and marketing teams to develop robust, privacy-compliant, and scalable measurement products.


  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with third-party measurement providers, data partners, and industry bodies to enhance measurement capabilities.


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies, adoption, and performance of measurement solutions.


  • Ensure measurement products adhere to industry standards (MRC, IAB, etc.) and comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).


  • Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of measurement solutions and drive continuous improvement.


  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and status to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.


  • Experience:


  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


  • Strong background in advertising technology, measurement solutions, and data analytics, with specific expertise in Connected TV (CTV).


  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully launching complex products, particularly in the digital and CTV advertising space.


  • Skills:


  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, CTV platforms, and measurement technologies.


  • Deep understanding of CTV advertising ecosystems, measurement methodologies (incrementality, attribution, reach & frequency), and key industry players.


  • Experience working with identity solutions, first-party and third-party data, and privacy-centric measurement approaches.


  • Strong technical acumen with experience working on data pipelines, APIs, and analytics platforms.


  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.


  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.


  • Experience with ad verification, viewability, and fraud detection technologies is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced advertising technologies, such as programmatic advertising, machine learning, AI-driven analytics, and attribution models for CTV.


  • Experience with privacy regulations and data compliance, including GDPR and CCPA, as they relate to CTV data and measurement.


  • A deep network within the advertising industry and familiarity with the needs and pain points of advertisers in CTV.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $182,246 - $200,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
