About this job:

Manages and develops Math Fellows program supervisors, providing leadership support as they develop high performing teams at each school site. Oversees program operations at sites district-wide, ensuring alignment curriculum goals and overall strategy.

What You'll Do:
  • Provides oversight, management and support for program supervisors, helping them develop high performing teams of Math Fellows; ensures effective program operations at sites district-wide.
  • Analyzes lesson planning and delivery, student work, student learning data and feedback from each school site; assesses delivery and impact of the program and makes recommendations to program leadership.
  • Works with school leaders to remove barriers for effective implementation of the program and manages the annual opt-in process for participating schools.
  • Provides coaching as well as informal and formal evaluation feedback to program supervisors to improve performance and service delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Education or Math.
  • 3 or more years of related instructional experience, including two years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
  • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
