Description:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Organ Health Specialist to join our growing sales team focused on the nephrology and transplant markets. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence by developing strong customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and promoting innovative diagnostic tools.

Location: Brooklyn, New York (Territory-Based)
All of Brooklyn, a sliver of Manhattan, parts of Queens, and Staten Island

Responsibilities
As an Organ Health Specialist, you will lead the promotion and sales of a cutting-edge genetic test designed to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease. This test evaluates 385 genes linked to chronic kidney disease (CKD), offering critical insights that support patient care and clinical decision-making.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management, territory planning, and client engagement.
  • Drive adoption of both existing and newly launched products within nephrology and transplant settings.
  • Act as a local subject matter expert, delivering product education and technical support to healthcare providers.
  • Develop customized local business plans to maximize territory performance and resource utilization.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the diagnostic or lab-developed testing industry.
  • Proven success in closing sales, growing accounts, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong network or existing relationships with nephrology key opinion leaders (KOLs) or specialists.
  • Familiarity with academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) in nephrology or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions. Additional benefits include a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) reflect a combination of base pay and variable compensation and are influenced by individual experience, skills, certifications, and location. OTE represents the expected earnings upon achieving 100% of performance goals.
